Sat 13th Aug 2022(1 event) Rural Past Times COUNTRY SHOW, N/A After a break of two years this excellent show is once again being activated. The venue now moved to Monkings Farm, Horns Cross, near Seddlescombe, TN31 6JG There will be displays of Agricultural, Commercial, Vintage and Military Vehicles. Plus all of the usual working demonstrations and exhibits. Catering, Beer Tent and Entertainments should also be on site. Some good news is that SARS members Richard 2E0EOX will be running the entries for the Military Vehicle section. Richard will be exhibiting his own FV432 Tracked Armored Vehicle. We should be positioned on small hill overlooking the show. We will probably be using the Oak trees for deploying wire aerials! Frequencies 1976 kHz AM / LSB or USB, 28.320 MHz USB and 51.70 FM, Plus others! Listen around 1400 Local both days on the above channels. Our Callsign for the duration of the show will be GB2RP |
