Very popular event in the SARS calandar attended by many members as exhibitors, participants and visitors.

The Society will be using the Special event callsign GB2FOT

Broad Farm, Nr. Hellingly

Sunday the 27th marks the 50th Anniversary of the first transmission by G3WQK. This was on Top Band around 1975kHz using Amplitude Modulation. We will be putting out calls using G3WQK/P and probably also GB2FOT so that there is the opportunity of contacting both stations.

CALLS WITH BE PUT OUT AT 1000 1400 & 1800 USING AM ON 1975KHz +/- QRM We look forward to contact with any stations that wish to call in at any of the times given. We will be pleased to send a special limited edition QSL card for contacts with G3WQK.

Calls from members or non-member are equally welcome.
