Southdown A.R.S. (SARS) regards our members as important and equally the security of their personal information.

We would be nothing without the trust of our members and equally endeavour to continue to act in accordance with the society’s constitution and applicable English Law. Making sure your personal details are kept secure and private is very important to the society.

This is a quick note to tell you how SARS keeps your personal details secure and private, and to explain your right to control the information you share with us. The laws about how any organisation or company can use your data are being strengthened. These legal changes have an impact on the policy of this society.

Your personal information is always held securely. SARS never has, and never will, rent or sell your information to third parties.
You can unsubscribe from being contacted about society events, matters and business at any time, by contacting the secretary.
You have the right to view and request SARS to change or remove your personal information.
