    The 432MHz (70cm |Band) Trophy runs today from 1400-2200 UTC 1500-2300 Local Time.

    Some members have expressed an interest in operating in his event. There is therefore the intention to open BHRS at 1400 local time, or before, in order to set up aerials and equipment in time for the start.

    Members who are also members of the RSGB and would like to participate are invited to use the Forum thread to express their interest. All members are welcome to visit BHRS during the contest to observe the operations and partake of the usual free refreshments.

    Members of the society will be operating stations during Mills On the Air from several local Windmills. Operations will probably be centred on the 40m Amateur band 7.05-7.20 MHz using Lower Side Band and 2 meters FM. We will probably also put out calls on 20m and 6m FM. .
