    1st 70MHz Contest at BHRS starting 0900 UTC and ending 1200 UTC. This the first 4m contest for some of us and it could well be exciting. Come along and give the society your support. Or better still help with operating or logging. Operators must be RSGB members.

    We will probably also work AOTA stations on HF as time permits.

    The first 50MHz of the year and opportunity for some long distance contacts, on what is sometimes called "The Magic Band" We have had previous contacts of some 1500km on Six metres which is very good for VHF!   For this particular contest we intend to run High Power which should give us some considerable increase in our transmitted signal strength.

    This contest runs from 0900 to 1200 UTC (1000-1300)

    Please contact Barry G8DXU if you are interested in participating by Operating Logging or general duties!  In common with most RSGB contests operators Must be RSGB members
