144MHz LOW POWER Contest,144MHz LOW POWER Contest, N/A Low Power (25W) SSB Contest on 2m (Saturday) 1400-2000 UTC Members have proposed a camp at BHRS and an entry in the Low Power contest events. This will have to be on a single operator basis due to current restrictions. For those interested in HF operating we may also field an entry in the European HF contest to run in parallel with the VHF event. We are planning a BBQ for those involved in the camp and contest. SOTA South East Activation,SOTA South East Activation, N/A Some members are considering operating a station at BHRS during this event. There will also be a working party comprising G8DXU and 2E0GNE at BHRS to continue installation of the new aerials and rotator on the shack. Members wishing to join us will be most welcome. We should be on site around 1200 local time until about 1700. |

144MHz Trophy Contest & HF SSB Field Day,144MHz Trophy Contest & HF SSB Field Day, N/A 144MHz Trophy Contest. 1400-1400 UTC G1KAR/P (Operated by G8DXU) will be entering the above event from BHRS in the 6 hour Open section on Saturday only. Our expected operating times will be 1400 until early evening. HF SSB Field Day also runs over this weekend. SARS will not be making an entry in this, but members may wish to participate on their own accord. Both contests are for Single Operators only due to the restrictions imposed by the RSGB for COVID 19. Members are welcome to visit BHRS subject to maintaining social distancing and a maximum of six on site at any time.
