Several SARS members will be participating in the 1.8MHz Affiliated Societies Club Calls event on the 12th of November. This is to be held at BHRS and runs from 2000-2300 UTC using SSB (LSB) between 1872-1990kHz. Maximum power allowed in this part of the band being 32W pep.
This contest counts towards our score in the Superleague. There is a lot of interest in this event with calls from members being most welcome on what can be an excellent band for long range working.
The club call sign will be GX1KAR/P between the times and frequencies given above.
