Festival of Transport 24-26th August 2019.

Broad Farm near Hellingly. SARS members attended this event, exhibiting in the commercial and military vehicle sections. We also operated special event station GB3FOT.. Reports and photographs of our activities will be included in the September edition of the societies magazine AirTime which will be published shortly.

Examination Successes!

On Friday the 14th at our RSGB registered examination centre in Polegate all five members sitting examinations passed. Exercise Blue Ham 100

Exercise Blue Ham was founded a few years ago to encourage communications between Military Cadets and radio amateurs. 50th Anniversary Dinner at Langham Hotel

The SARS 50th Anniversary Dinner took place on Monday the 27th of November at the Langham Hotel on Eastbourne seafront. There were nearly 40 members and guests who enjoyed the excellent cuisine provided by the Hotel. All members attending received a complimentary 50th Anniversary badge and good quality laser engraved pen.

SARS at West Dean Open Days
